Steven takes personal pride in his quality and is able effectively apply this as an inspector. He very accommodating in answering any questions and explaining the things he found during the inspection. He took a close look at every crack, and found some that I didn't even see at first. He even found a nearly imperceptible color difference between the moulding and ceiling. He also showed an impressive talent in being able to find a logical explanation for why something was or was not operating as expected. Example was signs of water at the base of the crawlspace bricks instead of seeing the water at the top where ground level was. In the attic he compared the difference between the nails, the osb, dust on the insulation, the rating on the added recessed lighting. He also was familiar with discontinued processes or recommended methods. There is more than what I listed as examples of his quality. 10/10 Would definitely recommend Steven as a quality inspector.

This was the best experience for us. Steven is thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He spent several hours inspecting our home to ensure everything was appropriately inspected. He spent a generous amount of time explaining everything to us as we are first-time home buyers. We needed the report urgently and he went out of his way to expedite it.
